The product, the groom's glass, is exactly as shown and I am pleased. The greatest thing about my order was the speed with which it was received - much faster than originally suggested when I placed the order. I had it the next day, but the website had originally said it could take about 2 weeks.

All our items are Brand New and come sealed with the original
manufacturer packaging as well as the Manufacturer's Warranty.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
The item must be in origional packaging, and in Brand New conditions to qualify for a refund.
Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for a new item within 30 days of reciept free of charge.
All returns must receive prior authorization. Returns without a Prior Authorization will be subject to a 25% Processing & Restocking fee.

Shipping Cost and Gift Wrap charges are non refundable.
