  • Shipping Policy

    • Giftbrand.com ships all orders to the continental US States.
    • Most of our items are sent out within the Next Business day of when the order is placed. In case there is a leadtime you will be notified during your checkout process with an estimated date for shipment.
    • Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and/or PO Boxes are dealt with on a case by case basis, and if we ship it, we may add an additional surcharge that we are charged by the Shipping Carrier.
      In case a surcharge applies, it will be included in the shipping price that will show up on your Shopping Cart Before you complete your order.
    • International orders are accepted for some items, you can add the item in your cart, provide us with a shipping address and our system will check if international shipping is available.
      Please Note once the shipment leaves the US Border the warranty is no longer valid and returns will not be accepted.
      The recipient is responsible for all US Customs and Duty fees charged upon delivery.
    • All shipping charge will be shown in your shopping cart before checkout.
    • Gift Wrap options may be available on some products, and may incure an additional handling fee. Prices and charges will show up on the product page, and during the checkout process.
    • You can include a personalized gift message for the recipient on every order, at no extra cost.
    • Refusal of shipment or incorrect address will be the customers responsibility and charges incured by the Shipping Vendor will not be refundable.


  • Returns

    • All our items are Brand New and come sealed with the origional manufacturer packaging as well as the Manufacturers Warranty.
    • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Product must be in origional packaging, and in Brand New conditions for a full refund.
    • Returns that are received in the warehouse and show signs of extensive wear and tear and are no longer in a resellable condition may incur a 25-50% salvage fee.
    • Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for a new item within 30 days of reciept free of charge.
    • Customized products are non returnable.
    • Upon return, The customer must always receive prior authorization.
    • Returns without a Prior Authorization will be subject to a 25% Processing & Restocking fee.
    • Shipping Cost and Gift Wrap charges are non refundable.
      In the event the item was sold with a free shipping special, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
    • We will provide you with a return address upon contacting us.
    • To return an order please email to customerservice@giftbrand.com
    • Halloween items purchased before halloween cannot be returned after halloween. If you want to return an item you must receive prior authorization and we must confirm that it was sent out before halloween in order to qualify for a refund.


  • Cancellations

    • Orders can be cancelled until the order is out for shipment.
    • If the order was shipped or processed, than you must follow our return policy provided above
    • To cancel an order please email customerservice@giftbrand.com


  • Tracking

    • Upon placing an order you will receive an email with tracking information upon shipment. Email will be sent to the Email Address provided during checkout.
    • You can also visit My Account link on top of page to view order status and tracking information.
    • You can also always request information about an order via our Contact Us form.


  • Payment

    • We accept all 4 major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
    • We accept Google Checkout as a payment option
    • Tax is charged for Florida customers only
    • Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
    • We are not responsible for typographical errors, including but not limited to pricing errors.


  • Price Match Guarantee

    • GiftBrand.com offers a price match guarantee policy.
    • Price match inquiries should be sent through our contact us page, select "Price Match Guarantee" as the comment type. Make sure to include exact Brand, Model #, and Link to the website where the lower price was found.
    • Price must be regular selling price, excluding coupons, special, sales events, clearance items, or membership discounts. Price must be brand new factory sealed condition from an established retailor. Item must be exact same model, year, color, and style to qualify. Price must reflect full price, including shipping and other charges. Tax differences due to state location are not eligible for match. Matching offer cannot be combined with any other offers. Offer valid before purchase only. Giftbrand.com complies with merchants minimum pricing policies and will not match to a lower price than minimum requirement.


  • Security & Privacy

    • We use encrypted data using ssl encrypt user information
    • We do not share any type of user data with any organization outside of GiftBrand.com
    • We use google analytics to analyze user behavior, but it does not record any private user information
    • We use cookies to identify returning customers to display relevant information such as shopping cart items, recently visited products, etc.
    • We do not require any software to be installed on our site to be operational for order processing
