I am very upset! I wrote giftbrand.com a email two weeks ago saying that I ordered the wrong bedding color for ny moses basket! I ordered blue when I ment to order pink. I asked in the email what your exchange policy is and I have yet to hear back. Now my sister's baby shower is on Saturday May, 11, and I do not have the right color bedding to go in the basket. I was so excited about this product and this company, but now I feel the oppposite very let down and I feel this company is not run very professionally. I even went to call the company since the phone number was listed on my bank statement and I reached a recording saying; that no one was answering the phone number at this time. And I would still really like to get the pink bedding and exchange it for the blue bedding that I have and is still in the box.

This outfit is sooooo cute!! I actually bought it for the sweater (as I have a pair of Freddy Krueger edition Nikes that I wanted to wear with it), but the whole set is really cool! Sweater looks great on!
Purchased this set of luggage for our upcoming Military Re-assignment to Germany. Very impressed with the quality of the luggage. I ordered the Purple and the color is amazing! The photos do not do it justice. Customer service was smooth, shipment arrived very quickly.

Dealing with giftbrand was a pain to get information from customer service and I had to send repeated emails. they never answered some of my questions. I've ordered from you previously but I probably won't again. you have too much competition to take your customer service so lightly.
I have searched for a nice knitting bag for a long time and finally have found it!! This bag is not only gorgeous but, functional as well. I love how it opens wide so you can see every thing in it and sits on the floor or couch without falling over. I take it every where I go and and patiently waiting for the matching clutch that I just ordered to come. Great quality product and super fast shipping!

Love the bag. It's a little bigger than I envisioned even though I had dimensions it's sometimes hard to picture the size. However, everything I need can now fit in this bad and I can locate what I need. The mini purse has been great for the few times I've left the house without the baby.

This is a cute costume but not made very well. Skirt is made out of a very thin material and the red lace-up for the bodice unraveled before I have even wore the costume.
Very cute and comfortable. was worried about the size but it worked out. If you are a size 18-20 then you need to go with the 3x because they run small!
Got exactly what I ordered. Very quick. The costume was sized very large. I ordered a size smaller than what my daughter normally wears and it was still too big. But we will make it work.
The luggage pieces are all great in size, expands, has 2 compartments inside and is very lightweight, which is what I wanted most. Thus far they are also very durable.
just wonderful! the built in cooler is very handy, the design is chic and stylish, and it is surprisingly portable for its size. it truly made a great gift!

This is a very nice bag and will serve me well. It doesn't have as many compartments as I like, but it has more than most. Good quality leather. Arrived very quickly.

Would have liked to have received all the listed pieces.
Disappointed. Scarf was missing from the package and the appliques were falling off the apron. We had to reattach. Costume did arrive in a timely manner but probably won't order from here again.
